01 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to tay365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and tay365 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of tay365 — including its website, mobile app, games, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

tay365 takes age verification seriously. All players are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any point during your use of the platform.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on tay365. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials secure. tay365 uses OTP (One-Time Password) verification and SSL encryption to protect account access, but you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity on your account is your responsibility until you report a security issue to us.

tay365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on tay365 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support Philippine e-wallets including GCash and Maya, as well as local bank transfers and other approved payment methods available on the platform at the time of your transaction.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that belongs to the verified account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your account tier and the payment method selected.
• tay365 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

tay365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. These checks are a standard fraud prevention measure and are not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals unnecessarily.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

06 Gameplay, Bets, and Results

All game outcomes on tay365 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time live dealer results, depending on the game type. tay365 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not guarantee any specific return to any individual player.

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, tay365 will attempt to resolve the session based on available records. If a session cannot be fairly reconstructed, bets may be refunded at tay365's discretion.
• Any winnings resulting from a game malfunction, system error, or software bug are void and will not be paid out.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within each game interface.

For live casino games, tay365 relies on third-party streaming providers. Interruptions to live streams due to network conditions on the player's end are not the responsibility of tay365. Players are encouraged to use a stable connection when participating in live games.

07 Responsible Gaming

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

tay365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tay365 platform — including but not limited to the logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of tay365 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tay365 content without express written permission.

Game titles and assets provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. tay365 operates these games under valid content licensing arrangements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tay365 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.
• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Losses caused by reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error.

tay365's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of tay365 should first be raised with our support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels. tay365 will cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation or legal process.
